1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Amidion, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Amidion provides AI-powered analysis of WhatsApp messages for real estate lead qualification. The service is provided "as is" during the private beta. Analysis results are informational and do not constitute professional advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only forward messages you have the right to share. Do not use Amidion to process messages without the consent of the parties involved, in violation of applicable laws, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months except as required by law or within 7 days of your first payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Amidion is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated lead briefs. The service is a productivity tool only. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.
