When you forward messages to Amidion, we process the content of those messages to generate a lead brief. We do not store message content beyond the active analysis session. We collect your email address and name when you sign up for the private beta.

2. How We Use Your Data

Message content is used solely to generate the requested lead analysis. We do not use message content for AI training, advertising, or any purpose other than delivering the analysis to you. Account data is used to manage your subscription and communicate with you about the service.

3. Data Retention

Message content is not retained after analysis is complete. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

4. Third Parties

We use third-party AI services for message analysis. These services process data under strict confidentiality agreements and do not retain or train on your data. We do not sell your data to any third party.
